Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you require to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before end of your subscription term (via an email to [email protected]). Once cancelled, your data is deleted from our servers. Since this deletion of data is non-reversible, please be sure that you want to cancel your account before doing so.

Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month or at the end of each year, depending on your subscription preference. You can upgrade or downgrade level of our services at any time of your usage, however Crypto Coin Alarm does not refund any fees in that case. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term. Refunds aren’t offered mid-month or mid-year. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Crypto Coin Alarm service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.

Without limiting any other remedies, Crypto Coin Alarm may suspend or terminate your account if there is a suspicion that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered on our website. 7 Day Cancellation Policy: Crypto Coin Alarm offers a 7-day cancellation policy. The period begins immediately upon account activation. The 7-day cancellation policy only applies to new customers and does not apply to existing customers that have a subscription plan. At any time during the 7-day cancellation period, customers can cancel their account and will be refunded, after deducting a minor service charge.

Billing frequency:
All charges are collected either monthly or annually, in advance, depending on your selection.

For downgrades on a subscription, Crypto Coin Alarm does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service. All the above policies apply to all the services listed on Crypto Coin Alarm unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
